The 5-star Carlton Tel Aviv has a great seafront location, overlooking the Marina and just a few minutes' walk from the Hilton gay beach. Each modern guest room has a balcony; some with fabulous sea view. Free WiFi.
The exceptionally good breakfast buffet that includes champagne, salmon and caviar is worth a special mention. This hotel has a reasonable gym, a rooftop pool with sun loungers. Pricey but nice.
