Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi

I just cannot say enough nice things about this hotel! My partner and I are on a 4 month trip around the world and have stayed at many properties in SE Asia and this is hands down our favorite. From the moment we checked in they made us feel like the most important people in the world. When I was late for a walking tour the hotel manager dropped everything he was doing and personally escorted me to the market where I was to meet my tour guide on the back of his own motorbike. After an exhilarating ride, he got me there and stayed to make sure everything was ok with my tour before returning to his duties. Now THAT'S service. The next day, a tour that we had planned (not through this hotel) fell apart after the tour operator was 2 hours late with shoddy equipment and lame excuses. The concierge personally arranged a private driver for us at the last minute and mapped out a tour of Hanoi for us to follow ourselves which was more enjoyable than MOST of the arranged tours we've ever done and for a fraction of the cost of our original tour! The room we stayed in was small but gorgeous and very comfortable. We could have upgraded to a bigger room, but chose not to as the cozy room was more than sufficient. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had and the location of the restaurant on the upper floor overlooking the rooftops of Hanoi was nothing short of idyllic. The location of the Hotel on a relatively quiet street in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Old Town Hanoi couldn't be more perfect. When we come to Hanoi, this is the only place we will stay.
