Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid

I stayed at Only You Boutique Hotel for 12 days in September, 2022, to attend a meeting at another sold-out hotel. The staff repeatedly provided exceptional treatment. They guessed what I may need and pro-actively provided the assistance. I have never encountered such friendly, ebullient, and effervescent agents at a hotel. They made me feel like I was an honored family member. Alicia helped when the driver for Bolt contacted the hotel to tell her that he found the iphone 13 Pro Max that I left in his car. What a relief! The hotel is conveniently located near Plaza Chueca. I was in ?312 overlooking the street. It was a pleasant sizable space with a good bathroom and bed. The staff lent me three converters for electric outlets. They worked fine. They gave me a bottle of wine as a gift. How pleasant! I had paid for daily breakfasts. The breakfast was more extensive than anywhere else. Also, they provide breakfast at any time. Amazing! This is an outstanding hotel with unbelievably caring staff.
