Are you guys open? Looking for a gay sauna on the 13th

Great place for hot action or just a soothing relax.

This place is below standard. the people I talked to were nice & friendly. shame there is not another place in welly to go

Have to admit, was a little apprehensive at first, but from the warm welcome on arrival......felt relaxed straight away....and ended up having a great time. Everyone seemed to be open to play......Loved the Spa Pool...so much room.....Will definitely be calling in again when next I'm in Wellington......Cheers Guys, was a Grteat night...

Not worth it, go to a gay club and find a hookup there - this place is overpriced, I think.

I confirm sauna still open. I have been there two times, during my stay in Wellington, ten days ago.

I will be in Wellington soon and was thinking of visiting Checkmate, however the website is no longer active and the Facebook page has no recent postings and will not allow any messages to be sent. I would be grateful if someone from Welly could let me know if it is still open and if not does Wellington have another venue? -Aussie Bruce

The facility is a bit old and need to be renovated. The rooms are so dark, at a little bit light. BTW，it is totally like a Old Man party.
