Basically go and try unless you have too much to spare for time and money. Tips is something you would have to place consideration as the amount you pay would be exact to the dollar and if no change is required, say so beforehand otherwise its considered the therapist's reward. If you can withstand the stare and walk out peacefully, good for you.
