Laid back fun
Very laid back and friendly. Music mix of 70s to 80s. Small but good. Free pool table. Great value drinks.

Very nice
I actually happened on the Male Boxx while looking for another bar. The staff of cute local guys are very friendly and there's a sort of family vibe between them. The decor is modern and inviting. Definitely stop by if you're in Phnom Penh.
