No other club in the gay neighbourhood of Munich (GBV) has a history quite like Pimpernel. Starting out as a commercial establishment in the 1930s, it turned into a meeting point for prostitutes, and then transformed into a gay bar in the 1980s. Freddie mercury would visit this bar often during his time in Munich.

Today this bar and nightclub attracts young and old, gay and straight, hip and old school. The interior is dark and sleek, so you can let your imagination take you back to its wild and vibrant past.
