Poten 4/10 bar is a bit far from the rest of the gay venues in Jongno. Still, it is worth the walk as their outdoor seating is superb. You can get a great view of Jongno while sipping your cocktail.

The modern bar downstairs has a lot of cute bartenders. Drink prices are slightly higher. Poten also serves food if you're hungry.

From Jongno 3-ga Station (종로 3 가) Exit 7, take a slight right and walk past the Family Mart. Turn right at GS 25, and Poten will be on your left, on the second floor.
