Bain Colonial is a historic sauna just outside Montreal's gay village, next to the Sherbrooke metro station.

This sauna boasts the only natural stone steam system in the city, and also has an impressive 100-year reputation, making it one of the oldest bathhouses on the continent.

Services include massages, steam rooms, whirlpools, and private rooms. Enjoy excellent views of Montreal from the terrace.

Here you can cruise through the steam room, the play area, or situate yourself in one of the glory holes.

You can also chill and watch XX movies. If you're peckish, you can grab a sandwich at the snack bar, although it's not really known as one of the standout places in eat in Montreal. This is a large sauna without glamorous facilities, but you'll find action 24 hours a day.
